Welcome to Jensn Mart, a B2B grocery ordering platform created exclusively for retailers, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, caterers, and other commercial buyers. By accessing or using the Jensn Mart mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • Jensn Mart is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform.

  • Only registered businesses are permitted to place orders.

  • By registering, you confirm that you are legally authorized to represent your business.

2. Account Registration

  • Accurate business details such as shop name, address, contact number, and GST number (if applicable) must be provided.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activities conducted through your account shall be deemed authorized by you.

3. Product Information

  • Product images are for representation purposes only.

  • Actual product packaging, brand, or appearance may vary.

  • Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders placed through Jensn Mart are subject to confirmation and acceptance.

  • Jensn Mart reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or operational constraints.

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee delivery until successfully processed.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed are applicable only to registered B2B customers.

  • Payment methods may include UPI, bank transfer, wallet balance, approved credit, or cash on delivery (if available).

  • Credit facility, if offered, is subject to approval, credit limits, and payment cycles.

  • Delayed payments may result in order restriction or account suspension.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to location, stock availability, or unforeseen conditions.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address during delivery hours.

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered items.

  • Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or Jensn Mart wallet.

  • Perishable goods may not be eligible for return unless damaged or expired.

8. Taxes & Billing

  • Customers are responsible for compliance with applicable tax laws.

  • GST invoices will be provided where applicable.

  • Any billing or GST-related discrepancy must be reported immediately.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities

  • Provide false or misleading business information

  • Misuse platform services or attempt to disrupt operations

  • Resell products outside permitted commercial usage

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Jensn Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • False or misleading information is provided

  • Payments are delayed or defaulted

  • Platform policies are violated

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of Jensn Mart.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Jensn Mart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the order placed.
