Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on Jensn Mart, a Business-to-Business (B2B) grocery ordering platform. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

b. After Dispatch

  • Cancellation is not allowed after dispatch except in special cases approved by Jensn Mart.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Damaged products at the time of delivery

  • Expired products

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Missing items in the order


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Perishable goods unless damaged or expired

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Orders placed with incorrect requirements by the customer


4. Refund Request Process

  • Refund or return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof of damage or issue.

  • Requests submitted after the allowed time window may be rejected.


5. Refund Approval & Processing

  • All refund requests are subject to verification by the Jensn Mart team.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Jensn Mart wallet (if applicable)


6. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, Jensn Mart may offer replacement instead of refund.

  • Replacement timelines depend on stock availability and delivery location.


7. Credit Customers (B2B Accounts)

  • For approved credit accounts, refund amounts will be adjusted against future invoices.

  • Cash refunds are not applicable for credit-based transactions.


8. Delivery Disputes

  • Any delivery-related issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within the allowed time window.

  • Jensn Mart reserves the right to make the final decision on disputes.


9. Policy Changes

  • Jensn Mart reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

  • Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting.
